A Little History
First Pryority Bank was found in 1900 by W.A. Graham, a local cattleman and
businessman who was instrumental in the development of the town. On his 100th
birthday in 1951, the main street of Pryor was dedicated and named Graham Avenue
in his honor. Nolan Jacobs bought the bank in 1957, and son Mike Jacobs has been
primary shareholder since Mr. Jacob's passing in 1994. The bank established the
Tulsa Branch in February 2002 and it even has its own post office to serve the
