You must maintain a minimum balance of $1.00 each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.

A debit transaction fee of $.15 will be charged for each debit transaction (withdrawal, check paid, automatic transfer or payment out of this account) in excess of twenty five (25) during the statement cycle. There is no charge if your average collected balance is above $999.00.

Federal Regulation limits the checks/debits payable to third parties, to six (6) per statement cycle. An excess transaction fee of $5.00 will be charged for each debit transaction (check, automatic transfer or payment out of this account to a third party) in excess of six (6) during a statement cycle.

Transaction Limitations - You may make six (6) transfers form your account each statement cycle, if by preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephone(including data transmission) agreement, order or instruction. Three (3) of these transfers may be made by check, draft, debit card, or similar order (including POS transactions), made by the depositor and payable to third parties. Transfers and withdrawals made in person, by messenger, by mail, via online banking, or at an ATM are unlimited.
